I had the chance to observe his dynamism during the pre-opening of the Palm beach Resort, where long meeting were required Nicolas was always prepared professionaly to discuss with diplomacy and charisma with the owners. I saw him remodeling completly the first draft budget, saving money for the owner avoiding construction mistakes and buying the necessary items. We worked very closely together as we established budget according his marketing and business plan. Together we set up an accounting system in accordance to international charts.
