Celebrating Japan Birthday of His Majesty the Japanese Emperor at Nikko Dalian

On Dec. 10th, the Branch office in Dalian Consulate-General of Japan at Shenyang successfully held the reception for celebrating Japan Birthday of His Majesty the Emperor, the Vice Mayor of Dalian, Mr. Dai Yulin and the Director Mr. Negishi attended the receptions and gave speeches.
